Key Responsibilities

  • •Examine and interpret construction plans, specifications, schedules, and other project documentation.
  • •Monitor contractor progress through site inspections to ensure adherence to specifications, regulatory requirements, and health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • •Generate accurate documentation using electronic systems and field/work site notebook, and prepare periodic reports across multiple sites.
  • •Review contractor and consultant material testing/examination reports and anticipate risks to project objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma.
  • •11+ years of demolition oversight experience, including regulated materials abatement and demolition via explosive and/or non-explosive methods for commercial/industrial facilities.
  • •Ability to read and interpret construction plans, technical specifications, permit requirements, test data, schedules, and budgets.
  • •Knowledge of relevant environmental and construction laws, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.
  • •Proven workplace safety record and ability to comply with health, safety, drug/alcohol, and harassment policies.
