Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the PMC’s focal point for all site HSE matters and ensure EPC contractors adhere to ADNOC HSE policies, procedures, and standards
•Provide leadership in promoting a zero-incident safety culture and interface with ADNOC HSE representatives and internal stakeholders
•Monitor contractor compliance with ADNOC HSE Standards, Codes of Practice, and Project HSE Management Plans; conduct regular audits and inspections
•Identify, assess, and mitigate site-related hazards; ensure control measures for high-risk activities and participate in Job Safety Analysis and risk assessments
•Monitor daily site activities and prepare weekly/monthly HSE reports for PMC and ADNOC management; maintain records of inspections, observations and corrective actions

Key Requirements

•BSc, BEng or equivalent with extensive relevant experience
•Minimum of 15 years relevant experience in the oil and gas industry
•Minimum of 6 years proven capability in an EPC company
•Previous experience of site-based project work involving field engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, or maintenance would be an advantage
•Experience of working with multi-national and multi-cultural project teams is strongly preferred; Previous experience of working in the Middle East would be an advantage
