Key Responsibilities

•Provide high-quality customer service for prospective and existing parents, including welcoming visitors and handling initial inquiries.
•Manage student and parent satisfaction to support retention and meet/enhance school enrolment targets throughout the academic year.
•Develop retention strategies and oversee reception operations to ensure customer service standards and responsive parent access.
•Coordinate parent communications (e.g., newsletters, whole-school email, school magazine) and manage parent feedback/escalations within SLAs and complaint processes.
•Develop marketing and engagement activities, including content calendars, social media/community management, events, and reporting CX/marketing performance to HQ.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the region.
•Customer service experience is essential.
•Fluent English communication skills (written and oral); Arabic speaker is preferable.
•Good knowledge of child protection and safeguarding.
