Bilingual Account Coordinator (English/Spanish) – FT M-F 8:30am-5pm ET

Support the customer support team by coordinating LifeVest deliveries, patient appointments, and fittings nationwide. Own service metrics such as productivity, timelines, quality, call/phone availability, and field inventory levels. Manage selection and coordination of PSR contractors, including fee negotiations and appointment scheduling, while acting as a liaison for internal and external customers and helping with patient documentation and insurance information.
