  • •Manage operational excellence for a Site IT support team and coordinate escalations across global product teams.
  • •Oversee site IT systems, including PC lifecycle processes, and troubleshoot complex IT issues with other IT teams.
  • •Provide smart hands support in server rooms: ensure safety protocols, monitor environments, and install/troubleshoot servers, VMs, and UPS systems.
