Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and embed Reckitt’s architecture operating model and ways of working, minimizing unnecessary architecture handoffs.
  • •Design, implement, and enhance EA governance; run architecture review boards and design authorities; define and maintain EA standards and guardrails.
  • •Define architecture viewpoints supporting target-state architectures and develop short- and medium-term roadmaps aligned to budget constraints.
  • •Oversee projects for strategic alignment and ensure architecture compliance, including signing off solution designs.
  • •Maintain and optimize the application portfolio with data quality in EAM tooling and partner with Global Cyber Security to embed security architecture.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an architect and subject matter expert in a technology or business domain, with CSLP & Procurement domain experience as a significant advantage.
  • •Strong knowledge of technologies and architectures associated with digital transformation.
  • •Good understanding of architectural approaches, models and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and a track record of producing enterprise-level technology artefacts.
  • •Experience creating, managing, and driving adoption of enterprise reference architecture.
  • •Experience with architecture governance, design authority processes, and solution design management processes.
