Key Responsibilities

•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
•Lead and develop store associates through training and coaching, including quarterly goal setting and performance feedback.
•Plan, prioritize, and execute store priorities, demonstrating strategic thinking and adapting to change.
•Maintain and enforce visual merchandising standards and deliver a superior client experience through tailored service and client books.
•Ensure payroll/timecards accuracy, adherence to policies, and compliance with store procedures.
