Universal Banker - Part Time 30 hrs -(Saturdays Required) - Piedmont Drive

Provide timely, accurate banking services by completing client transactions, maintaining proper records, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Educate clients on digital, self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support sales and service activities through outbound calls, identifying offers and client needs, and referring opportunities to the right teams. Act as a secondary contact for new account openings, problem resolution, and integrated relationship management support, while following risk and control procedures.
