Job Summary

Found and lead an enterprise AI organization to govern, scale, and accelerate AI adoption across the business. Own the enterprise AI strategy, operating model, and risk-tiered architecture reviews, and drive an AI-first platform with model access, retrieval frameworks, vector databases, and governance guardrails. Partner across engineering, security, data, and business teams to enable AI productivity tools, translate use cases into measurable value, and embed responsible AI and compliance (PCI-DSS, SOX) into every initiative.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, and operating model, including building teams across architecture, AI engineering, platform, governance, and security.
•Establish architecture patterns and a risk-tiered governance and architecture review process for AI-first applications, copilots, workflows, automation agents, and reusable AI components.
•Drive AI platform capabilities including model access, retrieval frameworks, vector databases, enterprise knowledge integration, prompt/response controls, observability, and governance guardrails.
•Partner across applications, engineering, infrastructure, operations, architecture, security, and data teams to pilot, refine, and scale AI-enabled practices and productivity tools.
•Embed responsible AI and risk controls into AI platforms and use cases, partnering on enterprise AI governance and FinOps guardrails for cost and spend visibility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of progressive technology leadership with senior responsibility across engineering, architecture, platforms, data, infrastructure, automation, or enterprise AI delivery, including 5+ years managing multi-disciplinary teams.
•Experience enabling enterprise adoption of AI productivity tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
•Hands-on leadership in AI/ML, Generative AI, automation, advanced analytics, and developer productivity tools at an enterprise scale.
•Strong knowledge of GenAI implementation patterns including LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic AI frameworks, embeddings, prompt engineering, vector databases, semantic search, and evaluation frameworks.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field required.
