Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, deploy, and operate scalable cloud-based data and analytics solutions using modern data platforms and cloud services.
  • •Build and shape modern data architecture and reusable data capabilities that support reporting, advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI use cases.
  • •Support AI-enabled capabilities by delivering trusted data pipelines, feature-ready datasets, APIs, and operational controls for downstream services.
  • •Own solution delivery end-to-end (design, implementation, operations) and ensure production reliability with monitoring, observability, incident response, and SLA adherence.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and data scientists; contribute to standards, documentation, and technical mentorship.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant data engineering experience designing and operating production data systems.
  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Strong Spark pipeline optimization experience for multi-terabyte production workloads, including memory management, caching, and reading Spark UI diagnostics.
  • •Hands-on Delta Lake/lakehouse architecture experience (e.g., MERGE optimization, Z-ordering/liquid clustering, schema evolution, Change Data Feed).
  • •Proficiency in Python/PySpark and/or Scala, plus SQL, with knowledge of distributed systems concepts and DataOps practices (Git, CI/CD).
