Customer Experience Banker (Cadillac, MI) 30-35 hours per week + benefits

Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers in a branch setting, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. You’ll identify customers’ financial goals, recommend deposit and other banking products, process transactions accurately, and balance daily while delivering exemplary service. The role also includes educating customers on deposit products and using a disciplined outbound follow-up approach, while complying with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
