Build AI-driven governance for TikTok’s e-commerce ecosystem by mining seller and listing behaviors to detect abuse patterns and deploying rule- and risk-score strategies. Key Responsibilities

•Mine seller and listing behaviors to discover new abuse patterns and translate insights into executable governance strategies using rules, thresholds, and risk scores.
•Develop offline machine learning models (e.g., XGBoost, Random Forest, anomaly detection) and use clustering to uncover organized bad-actor syndicates.
•Define and standardize core Seller and Listing governance metrics and build/maintain dashboards to visualize risk trends and strategy performance.
•Design automated monitoring and alert systems to flag anomalies in data.
•Continuously track precision/recall, analyze false positives, and run rapid root-cause analysis when core metrics fluctuate.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related field.
•Expert-level SQL to work with massive, complex datasets efficiently.
•Strong experience with BI/dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase) to design clear charts.
•Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) with hands-on experience using tree-based models (XGBoost/LightGBM) and unsupervised learning (clustering).
•2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or risk strategy, and the ability to explain trends to non-technical stakeholders.
