Key Responsibilities

•Conduct drafting / 3D BIM for mechanical systems and prepare finished design drawings from sketches, notes, and details
•Assist with engineering calculations and coordinate with other disciplines while prepping preliminary equipment lists
•Support the preparation of specifications and maintain project documentation including quality review documentation
•Assist with package preparation and submission and monitor conformance with quality, performance, safety and code requirements
•Work in office and field settings and collaborate with colleagues across disciplines in a team-based environment

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 65,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•College diploma in Engineering Technology + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency
•Proficient in 3D Revit/BIM drafting
•Familiar with AutoCAD 2015 or later and Autodesk Revit BIM Software
•EIT, C.Tech or CET designation, or working towards certification
•Familiar with Ontario building code, ASHRAE 90.1, ASHRAE 62.1, NFPA 13, and other relevant design standards
