Senior Project Manager - Data Centers / Due Diligence

Lead multidisciplinary due diligence programs for data center opportunities across North America, acting as the primary client advisor from site identification and acquisition through feasibility, permitting, and readiness for construction. Manage project governance, schedules, budgets, risks, and executive reporting while coordinating technical consultants. Evaluate power, utility, fiber connectivity, water, environmental constraints, land acquisition, and development costs to support investment decisions and strengthen client relationships.
