•Own the full engagement lifecycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposals, SOW/contracting, kickoff, delivery governance, and outcomes.
•Drive go-to-market strategy by targeting segments, refining propositions, and building pipeline.
•Own concrete data/AI products and services and drive their evolution.
•Lead stakeholder management by building executive trust, aligning goals and KPIs, and securing decisions.
•Translate requirements into delivery plans (scope, resourcing, timeline, success criteria) and manage KPIs, financials, risks, dependencies, and blockers.

•Expert scoping and SOW drafting, with strong commercial acumen around pricing, margin management, and basic P&L ownership.
•Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills; able to influence without formal authority while working hands-on with technical teams.
•Cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, data, legal, and finance; fluency in delivery methodologies (Agile/Lean).
