Lead credit control for Belux and France, overseeing accounts receivable, credit risk management, and collections across French-speaking markets. Key Responsibilities

•Manage Miele’s French-speaking debtor portfolio for Belux & France and monitor related credit risks.
•Negotiate with customers and resellers on unpaid debts, overdue balances, insolvency issues, and payment arrangements.
•Approve credit limits, write-off proposals, and bad debt provisions per the approval matrix.
•Maintain relationships with collection agencies and credit insurers, including managing litigation and dispute resolution.
•Escalate information to Key Account Managers and Sales & Accounting Director as appropriate.

Key Requirements

•Holds a degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
•At least 5 years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or a similar credit control role.
•Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with the ability to maintain relationships.
•Commercial mindset with sound risk awareness and customer-focused approach.
•Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables/Power Pivot) and experience with ERP/BI tools; SAP and/or Power BI is an asset.
