Lead cost management for a portfolio of large-scale data center construction programs across Northern Virginia. Based in the Tysons, VA office, you’ll manage client relationships, lead cost management teams, and drive commercial and contractual compliance across multiple active projects. Oversee quantity surveying, cost control, change management, financial performance, forecasting, risk mitigation, and audits, while improving cost tools and mentoring team members.
