Key Responsibilities

  • •Read and interpret process sheets; troubleshoot minor issues to keep production running.
  • •Clock labor in Solumina and perform Daily Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) with documentation.
  • •Operate equipment across multiple cells and maintain acceptable quality at rate.
  • •Train other operators through shadowing and provide guidance to new employees.
