Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and manage HR Operations across ADIB Group, planning and overseeing HR operations organization supporting employees across geographies.
  • •Provide advice to business groups and handle employee relations issues, including individual grievances and assigned fraud investigations cases with Head of Fraud Investigations.
  • •Manage UAE and GCC Pension Funds, UAE Central Bank, and UAE National Service matters with ADIB to ensure compliance with guidelines and laws.
  • •Oversee local and international medical insurance and life insurance schemes for the ADIB Group, and provide recommendations and guidelines on regulator inquiries.
  • •Lead HR operations process redesign and continuous improvement, including technical support for process enhancements and automation, and manage HR operations delivery quality and controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in Employee Relations.
  • •Be a UAE National only.
  • •Demonstrated leadership and vision with a collaborative management style.
  • •Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills.
