Electrical Department Manager

Lead and grow the electrical engineering department across the Kitchener/London region, providing people leadership, technical oversight, and client-focused delivery. Manage staffing, workload planning, engineering quality, and succession readiness while serving as a senior technical leader on selected projects. Oversee electrical design across building and infrastructure markets (power, lighting, life safety, communications, controls), represent the region within AECOM’s national electrical practice, and support proposals and practice growth.
