Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond promptly to fire, rescue, and medical emergency calls with initiative and a can-do attitude.
  • •Perform fire suppression duties including laying and connecting hoses, directing water streams, and using forcible entry tools.
  • •Climb ladders, ventilate structures, and perform rescue operations in hazardous conditions.
  • •Provide immediate medical care at emergency scenes, including basic life support and advanced life support as needed, and transport patients while ensuring safety.
  • •Participate in fire prevention and public education activities; operate and maintain firefighting equipment and apparatus, perform routine maintenance/inspections, and support ongoing training.

Salary: USD 94,123 - 108,338 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to use sound judgment and common sense when performing job functions.
  • •U.S. citizen.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Formal Firefighter training and certification (CSFM, DoD, IFSAC, Pro-Board, Community College program or equivalent) and current EMT certification (ICEMA, National Registry or equivalent).
  • •Must pass national background check (including drug screening) and possess a valid state-issued driver's license; proof of passing CPAT and the FCTC entry-level firefighter written exam is required.
