Key Responsibilities

•Translate Visa Direct strategy and market insights into consistent sales narratives across regions and segments.
•Own and evolve global sales enablement programs, including pitch decks, talk tracks, and a centralized content library.
•Enable sales and account teams with core messaging, product updates, and market dynamics to support day-to-day selling.
•Partner with Product Marketing, Commercialization, Product, and Sales leadership to align positioning and go-to-market priorities.
•Use AI and prompting to scale content creation and personalization, define success metrics, and continuously refine enablement based on feedback.

Key Requirements

•6-10 years of experience in sales enablement or related fields, ideally with product marketing background.
•Experience in the payments, fintech, or financial services industry.
•Proven ability to craft positioning, messaging, and sales content for B2B audiences.
•Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
•Proficiency with AI technologies and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
