Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow up and evaluate case studies according to approved procedures and standards to ensure intervention plans are executed and objectives are met for correct case closure.
  • •Review intervention plan outcomes and apply necessary adjustments based on work progress and achievement of targets.
  • •Conduct team work reviews, verify acceptance assessments, review intervention plans and workflow reports, and ensure closure quality and consistency.
  • •Coordinate with external and internal service providers to ensure roles are performed and services meet the agreed quality standards, and discuss plan amendments when needed.
  • •Maintain complaint tracking and perform periodic reviews of case-management process steps with external and internal providers, documenting and reporting progress and final evaluations for approval.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in social work or psychology or equivalent.
  • •Fluency in Arabic and English (conversation and writing).
  • •At least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • •Ability to review, evaluate, and follow intervention plans and case-study outcomes in line with approved frameworks.
  • •Commitment to information security policies and confidentiality requirements.
