Job Summary

Orchestrate and deliver transformation initiatives within the Strategy & Transformation Office for Allianz Technology. Own end-to-end implementation from initiation to stabilization across one or more concurrent initiatives, translating strategy into roadmaps and governance. Drive execution across workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, define KPIs/OKRs and benefits realization, and report progress to senior management and the EMT while planning change management, communication, and training.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery and outcomes of one or more transformation portfolio initiatives from initiation to stabilization, on time, within budget, and with measurable benefits.
•Translate strategy into structured mandates, roadmaps, and implementation plans, setting scope, milestones, dependencies, and operating model.
•Drive execution across all workstreams and lead workstream leaders, implementation teams, and stakeholders toward shared commitments.
•Build governance for the responsibility area, run steering committees/reviews/working sessions, prepare decision papers, and actively drive escalation and resolution of issues and risks.
•Define and track KPIs and OKRs and benefits realization plans; manage finances/resources and report progress, results, and value contribution to senior management and the EMT.

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience in business administration, business informatics, engineering, IT management, computer science, or a related field.
•More than 5 years of experience leading complex transformation or large-scale change initiatives in a technology or operational environment.
•Proven end-to-end delivery with hybrid methods (Agile and Waterfall), including governance design and benefits realization.
•Experience in change management and adoption planning (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR), including crisis and escalation management, plus familiarity with European regulatory requirements.
•Stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior leaders across functional boundaries.
