Job Summary

The Sales Associate supports store sales goals through authentic guest interactions, product education, and communicating ALO’s community and culture. You’ll become an expert on features, benefits, fabric and care, thrive in a team, and help drive the store’s performance while delivering the brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Impacts the business and store environment in a positive manner aligning with store leadership and company goals.
•Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
•Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment.
•Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers.
•Assists in processing shipment and ensuring product flow including visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence.
