Investment Associate

Prepare portfolio materials for client account review meetings by retrieving reports from investment systems and setting up account documentation for existing and new clients. Order reports, respond to client requests, and process transactions including cash transfers and fund trades via CIT or all-in-one banking applications. Review and analyze fee worksheets, coordinate with tax teams to resolve discrepancies, and complete stock/bond processing and DTC transfers while following investment guidelines and risk practices.
