Senior Procurement Engineer (Algeria North(Algiers), DZ)

Own end-to-end procurement for technical goods and services, including sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring timely delivery. Partner with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align purchasing with specifications, technical drawings, and engineering standards. Manage requisition-to-delivery workflows, track shipments, resolve delivery issues, monitor supplier performance, and support HSE initiatives. Use ERP (preferably SAP) to maintain compliant procurement records.
