Job Summary

Coordinate partner training programs for logistics operations to help partners succeed on talabat. Evaluate partners, identify training needs, design and deliver training cycles, and build daily/weekly/monthly plans. Present technical and support training requirements, drive stakeholder attendance, and monitor partner KPIs, attendance, and progress. Partner with the Vendor Operations Specialist and TGO team to produce program materials and prepare KPI reports.
