Support CI and transformation initiatives within the GBS Finance organization by executing structured problem-solving and Lean/Six Sigma methods. Perform process mapping and data analysis to identify root causes and quantify improvements in productivity, quality, and cycle time. Collaborate with finance operations teams to implement standardized processes, track benefits through performance metrics, and help build CI capability through training and stakeholder updates.
