Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform detailed process mapping and data analysis to understand current-state performance
  • •Identify root causes of inefficiencies using structured problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone analysis
  • •Support execution of Lean/Six Sigma projects, including DMAIC phases under supervision
  • •Identify and quantify improvement opportunities and track/report performance metrics and benefits realization
  • •Collaborate with GBS finance teams to drive adoption, prepare stakeholder updates, and support CI training/capability-building

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or transformation roles
  • •Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred) with practical experience
  • •Exposure to finance processes (P2P, FPA, R2R) is preferred
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Ability to apply Lean/Six Sigma tools and methodologies effectively in project execution
