Key Responsibilities

•Be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of 25 to 35 enterprise customers, owning the end-to-end relationship.
•Lead onboarding and implementation and drive measurable outcomes with the Profound platform.
•Conduct regular strategic business reviews to identify opportunities and risks within each customer’s marketing and AI search program.
•Develop deep understanding of customer objectives and manage relationships with stakeholders across marketing, operations, product, and executive teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3 or more years of experience working with enterprise customers to drive strategic outcomes in a customer success, account management, or consulting capacity
