Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and lead packaging commercialization for new and renovated package launches, including material specs, trials/testing, technical drawings, and start-up procedures.
  • •Serve as a technical resource by leading lower-complexity initiatives and supporting more complex projects.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams across innovation, renovation, sustainability, brand maintenance, and cost optimization to execute projects.
  • •Design and execute plant trials and develop performance testing/evaluations for robust analysis of packaging variables.
  • •Write trial plans, testing protocols, and summary reports; create and maintain packaging specifications, manufacturing procedures, and related documentation.

Key Requirements
