Lead proactive and reactive environmental health and safety risk management across the organization to minimize liability, ensure accreditation compliance, and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Develop and administer risk programs, maintain a comprehensive risk register, and produce analytical reports to inform senior management and improve risk mitigation.
