Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the team’s ongoing project progress, content, and client priorities, with full visibility into project status.
  • •Ensure high-quality delivery of medical education programs and materials on time and on budget, including status and budget reporting.
  • •Support the Account Director in developing therapeutic portfolio strategies and ensure projects link back to strategy.
  • •Coordinate project efforts across medical writing, creative, clients, programmers, and manage/adjust priorities in partnership with the Account Director.
  • •Handle account day-to-day support, including client relationship management, proposals for new business ideas, and internal financial follow-up (budgets recaps and overage flagging).
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 65,000 - 115,000

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare experience in agency or medical education account management.
  • •Knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical practices.
  • •Working knowledge of medical communication formats (print, digital, live events).
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational/strategic potential.
  • •For Canadian accounts: experience with best practices (Health Canada, IMC) and awareness of PAAB and ASC standards.
