  • •Ensure engineering activities align with HSE policies and drive safe work practices.
  • •Prepare well design, well plans, and operational procedures for construction, completion, intervention and/or abandonment phases.
  • •Support tender bid preparation and provide well engineering input to commercial and procurement teams.
  • •Interface with stakeholders to ensure safety, well integrity, and cost-effective execution; monitor progress and operational expenditure.
  • •Prepare and participate in risk registers, peer reviews, root cause analyses, and deliver technical reports (e.g., end-of-well, lessons learned).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferably in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with an MS in Petroleum/Oil & Gas or Well Engineering.
  • •At least 5 years of relevant work experience in well construction, completions, intervention and/or optimization (e.g., drill bits, BHA design, simulations, field operations, programs/designs).
  • •Basic exposure to conventional rotary drilling, horizontal and/or multilateral wells, pad drilling, and unconventional wells.
  • •Knowledgeable in Geo-mechanics and well control.
  • •Strong interpersonal, analytics, and problem-solving skills, with excellent English communication (oral and written).
