Key Responsibilities

  • •Steer operational tasks within the Western Europe region.
  • •Supervise direct reports and support their personal growth.
  • •Analyze accounts on a regular basis and identify improvements to the setup.
  • •Prepare monthly closings and collaborate on year-end closing in line with IFRS, HGB, and tax law.
  • •Maintain IFRS 16-related topics, manage rent contract administration, and act as auditor contact for the region.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) or a bachelor’s degree in finance.
  • •At least 3 years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
  • •Leadership experience is an advantage.
  • •Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S4/Hana is an advantage.
  • •Very good MS Office knowledge and excellent German and English skills.
