Job Summary

As a Readiness Architect in Salesforce's Cloud Success Readiness team, you’ll own deep knowledge of Agentforce and Data Cloud, surface product insights and recommendations, and collaborate with Technology & Product and Customer Success teams to map product capabilities to customer use cases. You’ll drive readiness plans, adoption plays, and feedback loops, ensuring scalable readiness for Agentforce/Data Cloud while engaging with Success Architects, Support Engineers, and account stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain deep understanding of Agentforce and Data Cloud products and roadmap and engage with T&P and CSG stakeholders in the development of product feedback, roadmaps, readiness plans, and customer adoption plays.
•Develop expertise for all new product and feature introductions, large-scale migration efforts or product retirements; document best practices and learnings to deliver readiness for scale to Success teams and stakeholders.
•Collaborate with the Readiness Architect team to create a holistic POV and strategic approach supporting the Agentforce/Data Cloud strategy and customer success.
•Maintain deep technical, functional and domain knowledge across all products; participate in betas, pilots, and collaboration with SMEs to drive product knowledge.
•Identify and document product enhancements from customer/partner/internal inputs; develop product requirements and deliver to Product Leadership for roadmap consideration.

Key Requirements

•8+ years experience in individual contributor role in the SaaS industry.
•Hands-on experience working with Agentforce and Data Cloud products, including deep understanding of current product suite and product capabilities that meet common customer use cases; understanding of competitor products and landscape a plus.
•Track record of collaborating within a team of subject matter experts who deliver against strategic business initiatives.
•Has held positions requiring interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at the across different functions. Understands and can translate customer use cases to technical and functional requirements.
•Salesforce Developer Experience a plus
