Job Summary

Lead large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects with a strong focus on electrical systems and commissioning. Coordinate stakeholders across design, engineering, and supply chains to meet schedules, governance requirements, and design standards. Produce project status and milestone reporting, manage budgets, oversee local design teams, and provide technical support to owners, contractors, and field teams through RFIs and value engineering guidance.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, and supply chains) to deliver compliant projects.
•Analyze, track, and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slips and keep governance processes effective.
•Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly and independently review status, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs.
•Forecast and update key project milestones and budgets, and manage local design teams in line with commission criteria.
•Provide technical support to owners and contractors, respond to RFIs, and advise on cost control, value engineering, and constructability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and/or an AEC construction-related industry.
•10+ years of experience in the AEC field.
•Strong electrical (or mechanical/electrical) commissioning knowledge and experience.
•Strong organizational and management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
•Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
