Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end ownership of GTM roles from sourcing to close for the hiring manager.
  • •Define and drive a high-quality hiring engine including sourcing, outreach, process design, and candidate closing.
  • •Partner directly with senior leaders and hiring managers to shape role specs, success profiles, and hiring targets.
  • •Coach interviewers, refine scorecards, and ensure ATS hygiene to raise the hiring bar.
  • •Build and nurture a network of top talent, running invite-only events and representing Omnea in the market.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in high-growth startups or agencies placing roles in high-growth startups
  • •Based in New York and has right to work in the US without visa assistance
  • •Ability to own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to close for GTM roles
  • •Track record of exceptional performance and strong network in the startup/scale-up ecosystem
  • •Excellent communication, interviewing skills, and ability to engage senior leaders and stakeholders
