Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide supervision of Quality Inspectors/Auditors.
  • •Develop, implement, maintain, and continually improve the facility’s quality management system to ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Serve as the facility ISO 9000 Management Representative and manage the quality documentation system (policy, objectives, manual, procedures, records).
  • •Manage internal and supplier audit processes, including scheduling, conducting audits, issuing corrective actions, and monitoring effectiveness.
  • •Act as a technical resource for quality and chromatographic problem-solving, support customer quality issues, and maintain quality system certification while supporting OHSE requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in chemistry, engineering, quality, business, or a related field.
  • •3-5 years of related experience (or equivalent education/experience), including supervision of a work group and quality systems management.
  • •Experience with computer software, including database management, plus technical expertise in chromatography and statistical process control.
  • •Knowledge of ISO Standard requirements and experience with quality management software systems.
  • •C.I. training including LSS and Green Belt (Quality systems).
