Manage the end-to-end execution of customer-requested gas and electric utility work, from order management and design standards through permits, contracting, invoicing, and final delivery. Review CAD drawings and prepare required documentation, analyze project parameters, and recommend solutions that meet regulatory requirements. Provide exceptional customer service via in-person, phone, and electronic communication, support outage restoration, and mentor teammates while meeting performance metrics.
