Area Visual Merchandiser

Lead a team of Visual Merchandisers to create visual merchandising standards and guidelines across categories. Develop and coach the team to deliver high-quality in-store presentation, while collaborating with buying, product development, retail, and marketing to plan windows, displays, signage, and pricing concepts. Ensure window displays align with marketing calendars, manage suppliers and budgets, and use creative tools like SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite to produce merchandising packs.
