Lead the store floor as a Brand Ambassador, maintaining a strong leadership presence to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Drive team performance by analyzing sales data, implementing strategies tied to store goals/KPIs, and supporting individualized development through training, feedback, and accountability. Recruit, interview, and evaluate team members, and provide HR and conflict-resolution support when the leadership team is absent.
