Diagnose, repair, and recondition vehicles to meet CarMax standards for safety, quality, and reliability in a clean, climate-controlled shop. Perform services from basic maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical repairs, complete multi-point inspections, and document work accurately. Support reconditioning by repairing or replacing vehicle components, and assist with alignment, suspension, and performance diagnostics while building technical independence. Follow EH&S requirements and help the team hit production goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to meet CarMax standards, aligned to your experience level.
•Perform automotive services ranging from basic maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
•Complete multi-point inspections and accurately document findings and completed work.
•Repair or replace vehicle components (e.g., trim, seals, panels) to support reconditioning.
•Assist with alignment, suspension, and performance diagnostics while maintaining a clean and compliant work area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 35.4 hourly

Key Requirements

•Basic to intermediate automotive repair experience, including engines, brakes, suspension, or HVAC systems.
•Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and compliance standards.

•Physical stamina for extended standing/walking and a valid driver’s license.
