Key Responsibilities

•Operate and troubleshoot devices from Crestron, Poly, Yealink, Cisco, QSC and Lightware
•Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of AV solutions
•Provide on-site support and ensure high-quality audiovisual performance
•Document configurations and provide handover to operations

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in AV technology and engineering
•Experience working with OEM AV products such as Crestron, Poly, Yealink, Cisco, QSC and Lightware
•Hands-on experience in installing, configuring and servicing AV systems
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in AV environments
•Willingness to work onsite in Gurgaon, Haryana
