People Business Partner

Partner with managers and team leads as a trusted advisor on people strategy, coaching, and performance management. Own the end-to-end performance cycle, guide leaders on day-to-day people leadership (development, role design, underperformance), and support organizational change and workforce planning. Analyze people data and trends to recommend actions, collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Operations across the employee lifecycle, and ensure compliance with relevant labor law and regulations.
