Lead product design across Classera’s web and mobile experiences, staying hands-on with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI. Own and evolve the design system and UX/UI standards, and partner with Product and Engineering across the lifecycle. Collaborate with Marketing to align product and brand design, run design critiques, mentor designers, and use research and customer insights to shape product decisions. Present concepts and recommendations to senior leadership.
