Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead M&A and strategic finance projects from initial assessment through execution support, including opportunity evaluation, financial analysis, deal structuring, and internal recommendation materials.
  • •Support capital raising and external finance workstreams; prepare materials and analyses for conversations with equity and debt investors, translating company performance into clear financial narratives.
  • •Build decision-grade financial analysis; develop and maintain financial models, valuation frameworks, scenario analyses, and benchmarking to support buy-side and strategic finance decisions.
  • •Drive end-to-end process quality; create structured, repeatable approaches for diligence, valuation, and transaction execution to enable leadership to move quickly with confidence.
  • •Partner cross-functionally on strategic topics; work with leadership and stakeholders to understand the business and connect financial analysis to broader company priorities.
