Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Quantity Surveying, Cost Management and Commercial Management services throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Provide cost assurance, procurement support, contract administration and commercial advisory services.
  • •Manage client relationships and help ensure successful project outcomes.
  • •Lead project commercial teams and support development of junior colleagues (depending on experience/seniority).
  • •Contribute to business development such as bid submissions, winning new work, and driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •MRICS, AssocRICS, MCICES, or currently working towards a relevant professional qualification.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Demonstrable knowledge, experience and capability across Quantity Surveying, Cost Management and Commercial Management disciplines.
  • •Ability to develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
  • •For senior-level applicants: demonstrable experience of project leadership, team management and successful project delivery.
