Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate, monitor, and review safe work procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and perform daily risk assessments to ensure EHS and quality compliance.
  • •Coordinate daily site works for Eaton and third-party suppliers, ensuring efficient operations.
  • •Act as the on-site representative of the Project Manager in local coordination meetings and on-site planning activities.
  • •Identify and report resource gaps and unforeseen constraints to the Project Manager; manage extra work documentation and requests.
  • •Serve as the testing auditor for on-site testing/commissioning and lead on-site service teams and vendors, including training sessions and complaint management.
