•Supervise activities consistent with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws; support continuous improvement, efficiency standards, and safety; prepare reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
•Proficiency in the use of MS Excel spreadsheets.
•Ability to learn plant operations and manufacturing processes through on-the-job training.
•Comfort supervising activities in line with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
•Ability to complete courses and assignments as directed and prepare required reports.
